Shipping Information
Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday). Our aim is to ship orders within 1-3 business days, but as we first start up it may take us a little longer.
Delivery Timeframes (Canada):
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout, but please allow up to 15 business days for your order to arrive. If your package is delayed and tracking doesn’t indicate an issue, please contact us so we can help review the details.
Tracked vs. Untracked Packages:
We recommend selecting a tracked shipping method at checkout.
Untracked mail (such as oversized letter mail within Canada) is not traceable or replaceable if lost or stolen.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Estimates:
Quoted delivery timeframes such as "2–3 business days" apply only to the carrier’s estimated time after the package has shipped. These estimates do not include our order processing time, nor weekends or holidays.
United States & International Orders
At this time, orders can only be placed within Canada via our website.
If you are located in the United States, you are welcome to place an order by emailing us at mrcortezbagsupplies@gmail.com. We’ll work with you directly to arrange a custom invoice and shipment.
U.S. Customers – Please Note:
Some U.S. orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees, particularly on metal goods like hardware. As of recent changes to U.S. trade regulations, orders exceeding $800 USD may be taxed, especially if the goods are manufactured in countries subject to tariffs.
Since our pricing is in Canadian dollars and typically converts to a lower amount in USD, many customers have found these duties minimal. However, we encourage you to check your country’s import regulations, as it is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of any applicable taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These rules are subject to change.
We're working toward offering full international checkout in the future—thank you for your patience!
