Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns for buyer's remorse. Please review all item descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before placing your order. In rare cases, exceptions may be made and will follow the return guidelines outlined below.

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You must email us within 7 days of receiving your order.Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resaleable condition.
  • Return shipments must be sent with a tracked service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or untracked return mail.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Your refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost, and you will also be responsible for return shipping.
  • Once the return is received and approved, we will issue a refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process as returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you receive. If an item arrives damaged or defective:

If the item is found to be defective or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
